North Autos Road Traffic Assistance will instruct and independent engineer your vehicle and arrange authorisation of repairs as required. Once your car is repaired and ready for collection, there is no excess to pay as North Autos Road Traffic Assistance will claim from the fault driver’s insurance company.
- In the event of a non fault accident you do not have to make a claim against your own insurance policy. All costs are recovered from the guilty driver’s insurance company.
- We will provide a replacement like for like hire vehicle and / or fund the cost of repairs to your damaged vehicle.
- We will introduce you to one of our specialist motor accident solicitors to represent both you and your passengers interests to make a claim for compensation for any personal injury or financial loss. (Please note that where a client chooses to use one of our nominated solicitors and the claim is successful, North Autos RTA Ltd do receive a payment for the successful recommendation of that client).
- Where your vehicle is undriveable we will get a replacement vehicle to you as quickly as possible.
